Boys and Girls Club
These days, I volunteer at boys and girls club.
I really enjoy going to boys and girls club. There are adorable children. But I hope there will be more children than now. Whenever I go there, there are a lot of volunteerers but not many children so it is hard to spend chidlren for a long time.
When I go there I just play with children, because I'm not good at speaking English it is hard to communicate with children. But it is quite surprise that children understand that I'm different with them and they want to help me. I really love them. They teach me how to play their game and some words that I don't know. Actually I don't teach them, but learn many things from them.
At first week I made a origami with children. It was quite new because in Korea origami is quite popular between children. But children at there don't know much about origami. Anyway I was really happy because children enjoyed origami.
And whenever I have to go back to my home I and children are really sad. Yesterday, one boy, his name is Marcus, was really sad about I'm going there so he grabbed me and didn't let me go. It was so sad.
Thank to Boys and Girls club. I think I learn many thing more than in class. I really like that place. So if it is okay, I want to go there continuously and make a good relationship with children
